Space is the place! The time has come again! From October 19th to 21st, the new snowpark season is going to kick off with the MOREBOARDS Stubai Premiere on Stubai Glacier. The opening event stands for a huge and versatile park setup, funny sessions, contests, free hardware testing opportunities and great parties.

The preparations for the snowpark opening “MOREBOARDS Stubai Premiere,“ that will go down from October 19th to 21st 2012 on Stubai Glacier, are at full blast!

Creative Snowpark Setup & DC Jib Garden. With pleasure, the shapers are already planning the construction of the park setup, which will be showing off with new highlights as well as beginner, medium and pro lines as every year. The MOREBOARDS Stubai Zoo offers numerous rails, boxes and jumps for all riding levels and will be open all days for everyone. We call it  “3 days open park.“

Right at the Brandsaloon / mountain station Eisgrat, where more than 40 brands are going to showcase their latest stuff of the upcoming season 2012/2013 for free testing while DJ Clastsound will be releasing his finest mixes. Here, you will also find the DC Jib Garden with an even larger first-class jib setup as a pastime.

Salomon Warm-Up Runs with Jed Anderson, Billabong Surprize Jam & Co. In the past, pro riders like Halldór Helgason and Gigi Ruef showed up for the Opening on Stubai Glacier. Even Jed Anderson will be coming from overseas this year to join in the Salomon Warm-Up Runs. Ride the park together with the master or just have a good time!

Also new on the schedule is the Billabong Surprize Jam. Billabong team riders will be observing the action in the snowpark and reward all kinds of „specials“ with prizes.

The Skullcandy Trick Sessions are already set in the Opening programme. As every year, they will surely bring up some spontaneous high quality sessions on different obstacles.

Last year´s crowd puller „Volcom Stubai Snakepit“ Season Kickoff will attract the invited riders with its unique combination of slalom and jib setup  and a huge prize purse. Will Jed Anderson join in the game, too?

The line-up for two amazing party nights at Neustift, Stubai Valley is confirmed! On Friday night, the Nasty Mondays and Drunken Masters will be rocking the house, before headliner Mando Diao DJ Team and the Wax Wreckaz take over on Saturday, yeah!

Supporting acts such as Invasion Sound, Get Addicted, DJ Badspin, Max Power, DJ NLP, Slutotronic, the Etepetete Girls and Schuster & Schneider will bring on a juicy mix of all genres and influences for all tastes.
