Over the last years, the Superpark Planai has established itself as a freestyle playground of the highest level. No matter whether you are a pro or beginner, or whether you prefer advanced, intermediate or easy obstacles, the Superpark Planai leaves nothing to be desired! But what would a great park be without the appropriate event and entertainment program? This year’s line-up is more than impressive: pro and public shootings, contest action and the famous Girls Day are just a few of these highlights! The Superpark Planai has something for everyone.

Welcome O’Neill! With the start of the new season 2012/2013, the Superpark Planai proudly presents a new sponsor. O’Neill, one of the most prestigious boardsport companies worldwide will actively support the park this season. Regardless of new sponsors, park designer Andi Röck is definitely staying put. He and his crew draw on a long tradition of excellent park setups and will create another awesome setup that will stir your freestyle blood and will set both beginners and pros into rampages.

Blue Tomato Plan P – Pre-Christmas Contest. On December 22^nd 2012, following the O’Neill Pleasure Jam, the season opener at the Dachstein, the QParks Tour will make a Stop at the Superpark Planai to find out “Who’s gonna be the next Plan P Champ?” Like previous years, snowboarders will battle in the categories rookies, ladies and men for the title of the Blue Tomato Plan P. In addition to a lush prize money of 3.000 Euros and lots of goodies from O’Neill, Blue Tomato and Adidas, we’ll award extra cash for the “Best Trick of the day”. Furthermore, all Rider have the chance to score not only precious QParks Tour points but also TTR and World Rookie points, since the Blue Tomato Plan P is also a TTR 2* event. To make sure that the party folk also get their money’s worth, the Friends Bar will open its doors for the famous after-party to celebrate the heroes of the Blue Tomato Plan P.

Action Shooting in the Superpark Planai. Another highlight of the upcoming winter is the spectacular action shooting at which the Superpark Planai will become THE location for numerous pros, sponsors and professional photo and film crews. All day long snowboarders will shred the park in order to capture their best shots on video footage. So grab a deck chair in the chill area and enjoy the show!

O’Neill Public Shootings. In order to ensure that not only pros get their money’s worth, it is now up to those who want to become one in the future! Several times this season you’ll have the opportunity to get your best tricks captured by a professional QParks photographer. So let’s head for the mountain, put on our boots and gather the one or other action pic for our home collection.

Girl Power in the Superpark Planai – O’Neill Girls Day. Over the last few years the snowboard scene has produced more and more female freestyle talents who cut quite a figure on the board. However, the majority of snowparks is still reigned by boys. We believe this has to change and that’s why the Superpark Planai invites you once again to the legendary Girls Day. Whereas last year’s edition was an exclusive shooting for snowboard girls with invitation only, this year’s shindig is for all you shred chicks out there! Together with O’Neill we will throw you a shred day of the superlative, including action shootings, barbecue, pros who’ll be at hand with help and advice and loads of solid girl power!
