The new season is officially on!

What a great week we’ve had, so sick!

Hintertux or Stubai, same old story every year in Fall for a lot of European riders. We chose Tux. A lot less busy on the lifts and slopes and a great way to kick off the season.

Seppe was already in Tux for 2 weeks training with the Belgian team. The entire crew took of but he stayed with Stef Van Deursen. In the meantime Christophe took the car in Belgium, having the company of a female lama: Seppe’s girlfriend and a sheep named Louise. They had a good and funny ride to Tux on friday.

On saturday things got serious. Snow started to fall and the first few runs were taken. Hell, always a pleasure to feel the fresh new snow under your feet.

The next few days we shredded pow and started to get familiar with a good old Austrian tradition: Apres-ski….

Besides that, the crew also visited Innsbruck and we dropped by at the Burton store.

After a hell of a party on Tuesday evening the girls went back to Belgium with Bjorn.

A pitty for some of us, Seppe; a relief for Stef and Christophe… But not really, we had blablabla …! Hope to get on another trip together shortly!

No worries. Things got even better after the chicca’s left. Federico arrived, bringing a friend and the party went on.

Every day we met other Belgian friends, had a shred and rounded up a nice day of riding in the bar…

Two days we stopped at the Bergfried Alm in Lanersbach. A lovely hotel which is run by the parents of Werni Stock. His brother Franz was a great host. Thanks again Franz.

On Saturday we headed back home. Tired but satisfied! Make sure to check out our Facebook for more pictures!

ps: See you all next Friday and Saturday in Antwerp! More on that tomorrow!
